½ cup vanilla coconut yoghurt
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp chia seeds ½ cup pomegranate juice
1½ cups rolled porridge oats
1 tsp JUST BLENDS Pink Pitaya powder
1 tsp JUST BLENDS Wild Goji Berry powder

METHOD |
1 | Blend all the ingredients, except the oats, in a high-speed blender & blend until smooth |
2 | Add the oats in the blender & pulse blend to retain the thickness |

Pour into a bowl or jar & top with goodies of choice. ENJOY |
**JUST A TIP ** If you want a really thick smoothie, pour the contents into a bowl/jar and allow to sit for 20-30 mins, it will then have more of a porridge consistency. This is also a great recipe to make the night before as an 'overnight oats' recipe.
