Absolutely packed with nutrients, this smoothie with leave you full and glowing with its anti-oxidant capabilities, and it tastes like a dream!
½ cup vanilla coconut yoghurt
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp chia seeds ½ cup pomegranate juice
1½ cups rolled porridge oats 
1 tsp JUST BLENDS Pink Pitaya powder
1 tsp JUST BLENDS Wild Goji Berry powder
Pomegranate seeds, coconut, fresh passionfruit and toasted granola


1 Blend all the ingredients, except the oats, in a high-speed blender & blend until smooth
Add the oats in the blender & pulse blend to retain the thickness

Pour into a bowl or jar & top with goodies of choice. ENJOY

**JUST A TIP **  If you want a really thick smoothie, pour the contents into a bowl/jar and allow to sit for 20-30 mins, it will then have more of a porridge consistency.  This is also a great recipe to make the night before as an 'overnight oats' recipe.
