INGREDIENTS
1/2 tsp of Just Blends Butterfly Pea Flower Powder
1 tsp of raw sugar/stevia
1 tbsp of boiling water
300ml of soy milk
pinch of Just Blends Pink Pitaya powder (optional)

METHOD |
1 | Mix 1/2 tsp of Butterfly Pea Powder, 1 tsp of raw sugar, and 1 tbsp of boiling water in a small bowl to create a syrup |
2 | Using a froth machine heat and froth up the soy milk |
3 | Pour the milk into a glass, reserving the froth. Mix the syrup into the milk |
4 | Carefully add the froth on top and dust off with some Pink Pitaya powder |
