It's getting colder here in Australia and the best way to warm up is with a unicorn latte made with our butterfly pea powder! 

Ingredients

Method 

1) Mix 1/2 tsp of butterfly pea powder, 1 tbsp of raw sugar, and 1 tbsp of boiling water in a small bowl to create a syrup
2) Using a froth machine heat and froth up the soy milk
3) Pour the milk into a glass, reserving the froth. Mix the syrup into the milk
4) Carefully add the froth on top and dust off with some pink pitaya powder
