BERRY DELIGHT

Time: 5 minutes
Pretty as a picture and as wholesome as they come, you will love the creamy texture  of this smoothie bowl.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond & coconut milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
*previously lightly steamed & frozen
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp JUST BLENDS Pink Pitaya powder

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
fresh raspberries & strawberries, coconut, edible flowers (dianthus)

Blend all the ingredients until smooth

Sprinkle with a topping of choice

Lightly steam the cauliflower prior to freezing it and it adds a gorgeous creamy texture, it balances the sugar from the fruit, adding fibre, B vitamins & is low in kilojoule, full of nutrients makes it one of our firm favourites.
