CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT OVERNIGHT OATS

Time: 10 minutes prep + min 2hrs chilling
A breakfast that tastes like a dessert!  Packed with protein these Chocolate oats are just sooo good!  
INGREDIENTS
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp of cacao powder
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp of maple syrup
pinch sea salt
½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp of JUST BLENDS Chocolate Hazelnut protein powder
1 tsp JUST BLENDS Organic Maca powder

Yoghurt Layer
1 cup coconut yoghurt
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tbsp  of JUST BLENDS Chocolate Hazelnut protein powder
1 tsp JUST BLENDS Organic Maca powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 sliced banana

Toppings of choice:

Sliced strawberries, remainder of sliced bananas, vanilla granola, drizzle of melted chocolate, & chocolate sprinkles

 METHOD
1 In a bowl mix together the milk, cacao, syrup, salt, and powders (alternatively give a quick blitz in the blender) This ensures the powders dissolve evenly in the milk
2 Add the oats to a jar and pour over the milk blend, mixing well.

Place in the fridge overnight to set.  In the morning give the oats a quick mix, adding a little more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency
4 Add the coconut yoghurt, powders & maple syrup into a small bowl and mix until combined

Place half the oats in a jar, layer with sliced bananas and the yoghurt mix.  Finish with another layer of oats and then add your toppings of choice.
