DONUT - INGREDIENTS
2 cups almond meal
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Just Blends pitaya powder

METHOD |
1 | Preheat the oven to 180C |
2 | Lightly glaze your Just Blends silicon donut mould with some rice bran oil or coconut oil |
3 | Mix all the ingredients in a bowl |
4 | Pour into Just Blends donut silicon mould till about 3/4 of the way full |
5 | Bake for about 12 minutes and allow to cool before adding the glaze |
PINK PALEO PITAYA GLAZE - INGREDIENTS
1 cup of cashews soaked in water for at least 4 hours
3/4 cup honey
3 tbsp coconut oil
30g cocoa butter (melted)
2-3 tsp Just Blends pitaya powder
3-6 tbsp almond milk (depending on desired consistency)

METHOD |
1 | Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth |
2 | Dip cooled donuts halfway into the glaze |
3 | Decorate with the shredded coconut (optional) |
