    To get you started we have some delicious recipes for you. 

    PINK PALEO DONUT

    Ingredients

    Donuts

     2 cups almond meal

    3 eggs

    1 tsp baking powder

    1/2 tsp salt

    3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

    3 tbsp honey

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

    2 tbsp Just Blends pitaya powder

    Pink Paleo Pink Pitaya Glaze

    1 cup of cashews soaked in water for at least 4 hours

    3/4 cup honey

    3 tbsp coconut oil

    30g coco butter (melted)

    2-3 tsp Just Blends pitaya powder

    3-6 tbsp almond milk (depending on desired consistency)

    Method:

    Donuts

    1. Preheat the oven to 180C
    2. Lightly glaze your Nodo silicon donut mould with some rice bran oil or coconut oil
    3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl 
    4. Pour into your Nodo donut silicon mould till about 3/4 of the way full
    5. Bake for about 12 minutes and allow to cool before adding the glaze

      Pink Paleo Pink PItaya Glaze

      1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth
      2. Dip cooled donuts halfway into the glaze
      3. Decorate with the shredded coconut (optional)

        COCONUT DONUTS & CHOCOLATE DONUTS WITH PINK PITAYA GLAZE

        Ingredients

        Coconut Donuts

        1 egg at room temperature

        1 egg yolk at room temperature

        80g buter, unsalted at room temperature

        100g coconut sugar

        3/4 cup of coconut cream

        1/2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

        3 cups of flour of your choice

        1 tsp baking powder

        Chocolate Donuts

        1 1/4 cup flour of your choice

        1 1/4 cup coconut sugar

        1/4 cup cacao powder

        2 tsp baking powder

        1/4 tsp salt

        2 eggs

        2/3 cup cup almond milk

        1/4 cup rice bran oil

        1 tsp vanilla essense

        Pink Pitaya Glaze

        60ml Greek yoghurt

        185g icing sugar

        1 tbsp cream cheese (optional)

        2-3 tsp Just Blends pitaya powder

        Method:

        Coconut Donuts

        1. Preheat the oven to 180C
        2. Cream the butter and sugar together in a stand-mixer for 3 minutes or until pale and fluffy. 
        3. Add the eggs and beat until combined.
        4. Add the coconut milk and oil and beat.
        5. Sift in the flour and baking powder ove rthe bowl and mix very lighly to combine. You must be careful not to overwork the dough or it will become tough and dense. 
        6. You want the mxiture to look like the consistency of a thick cake batter. If it seems a little dry, add a little more milk.
        7. Pipe the mixture into your thoroughly greased Nodo silicon donut mould and place on a baking tray. 
        8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until puffed and lighly golden
        9. Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes in the tray then place a baking rack over the top of the donut mould and flip over to turn out the donuts to cool completely 

          Chocolate Donuts

          1. Preheat the oven to 180C
          2. Mmix together the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla until the mixture is smooth
          3. Pipe the mixture into your thoroughly greased Nodo silicon donut mould and place on a baking tray. 
          4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until puffed and lighly golden
          5. Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes in the tray then place a baking rack over the top of the donut mould and flip over to turn out the donuts to cool completely 

            Paleo Pink Pitaya Glaze

            1. To ice the donuts, whisk all the frosting ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Spread the frosting over the donuts to cool completely
