INGREDIENTS
½ cup oatmeal flour
½ cup of hazelnut meal
¼ cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp JUST BLENDS Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Powder
1 tsp JUST BLENDS Maca powder
½ cup ground/chopped hazelnuts
1 pinch of salt
Wet ingredients
¼ cup melted dark chocolate
¼ cup of rice malt syrup or maple syrup
1¼ tsp vanilla
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp of hot water (as needed)
OPTIONAL
EXTRA desiccated coconut & ground/chopped hazelnuts for rolling. We also rolled a couple in extra melted chocolate :)

METHOD |
1 | In a food processor, grind the hazelnuts. Add the dry ingredients, flour, meal, cacao powder, a pinch of salt, protein & maca powder, and mix |
2 | Add the wet ingredients and process until well combined. The mixture should clump together in your hand - if it is too dry add a tbsp of hot water as needed |
3 | Roll heaped tablespoons of the dough into balls and then roll in either the extra desiccated coconut or the chopped hazelnuts to coat |

Place the balls in the fridge too firm up a little. Store in the fridge in an airtight container, or alternatively freeze them for a longer life, approx 3 months. ENJOY!
