1 tsp apple cider vinegar

2 tsp JUST BLENDS Pitaya Powder

3 tbsp coconut yoghurt

METHOD |
1 | Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender |
2 | Spoon onto a lightly oiled pan and cook over a low heat until cooked through, cooking two or three at a time and stacking once cooked on a plate |
3 | In a bowl whisk the coconut yoghurt and pitaya powder until you get the desired colour. Pour over the pancakes and top with strawberries & raspberries or fruit of choice. ENJOY! |
