METHOD |
1 | Blend all the ingredients, except the fresh passionfruit, in a high-speed blender & blend until smooth |
2 | Pour into a bowl, stopping to spoon 1/2 the fresh passionfruit within the smoothie |
3 | Top with the other half of the passionfruit, some shredded coconut & fresh Pitaya slices. ENJOY! |
