PITAYA PASSION BOWL

Time: 10 minutes
Delightfully delicious, this bowl could be eaten any time of day!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen bananas 
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup almond milk
1 tsp JUST BLENDS Pink Pitaya powder
1 fresh passionfruit
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
shredded coconut & fresh pitaya

 METHOD
1 Blend all the ingredients, except the fresh passionfruit, in a high-speed blender & blend until smooth

Pour into a bowl, stopping to spoon 1/2 the fresh passionfruit within the smoothie

Top with the other half of the passionfruit, some shredded coconut & fresh Pitaya slices.   ENJOY!
