INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp rice malt syrup
1 tsp Just Blends pink pitaya powder
1 tsp matcha powder
Coconut yogurt, granola, and strawberries to serve

| METHOD |
| 1 | Soak the chia seeds with the almond milk overnight |
| 2 | Mix in the rice malt syrup and split the chia mixture in half |
| 3 | To one half of the mixture add the pink pitaya powder and to the other add the matcha powder |
| 4 | Layer into 2 jars with the coconut yoghurt |
| 5 | Top with granola and strawberries |
