We are big fans of Sarah Wilson of IQuit sugar. So we decided to supercharge her LCM bars with our Dragon Fruit Powder.

Unlike the commercial ones you buy at the shops that are full of sugar and artificial ingredients, these bars are vegan, gluten free, dairy free and SUGAR FREE. 
These are the perfect snack for morning tea or afternoon tea and were polished off at HQ in no time. 


½ cup of Mayver’s Original Super Spread (you can sub with any nut butter or tahini)
4 cups of sugar free puffed brown rice
¼ cup of rice malt syurp
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
Raw chocolate to coat (optional)


  1. Line a 8 x 8 inch square tin with baking paper
  2. Add the super spread, rice malt syrup, vanilla, salt and dragon fruit powder into a small pot over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Add the heated mixture into a large mixing bowl with the puffed rice
  4. Using your hands mix the nut mixture into the puffed rice until well combined
  5. Press the mixture into the tin
  6. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set
  7. Cut into bars and if desired coat with raw chocolate. We coated some of our recipes with some raw pink pitaya white chocolate and some Loving Earth dark chocolate
  8. Store in an air tight container in the fridge
