INGREDIENTS
½ cup of nut butter or tahini
½ cup of nut butter or tahini
4 cups of sugar-free puffed brown rice
¼ cup of rice malt syrup
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp of JustBlends Pitaya powder
Raw chocolate to coat (optional)

METHOD |
1 | Line an 8 x 8-inch square tin with baking paper |
2 | Add the nut butter, rice malt syrup, vanilla, salt, and Just Blends pitaya powder into a small pot over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is well combined |
3 | Add the heated mixture into a large mixing bowl with the puffed rice |
4 | Using your hands mix the nut mixture into the puffed rice until well combined |
5 | Press the mixture into the tin |
6 | Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set |
7 | Cut into bars and if desired coat with raw chocolate. We coated some of our recipes with some raw pink pitaya white chocolate and some Loving Earth dark chocolate |
8 | Store in an airtight container in the fridge |
