GUT HEALTH PARFAIT

Time: 5 minutes
This zesty gut-loving breakfast will have both you and your tummy smiling!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of coconut yoghurt
1 tsp of JUST BLENDS Gut Health
½ juice of fresh lime
(optional) 1 tsp of vanilla essence

Layers:
½ cup of Vanilla Granola
Fresh Kiwi
zest of a lime

 METHOD

Add the coconut yoghurt to a small bowl and mix in the Gut Health powder, vanilla essence, and fresh lime juice

Layer the vanilla granola and yoghurt

Sprinkle with the lime zest and chopped fresh kiwi.  ENJOY!
