INGREDIENTS
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
¾ cup of fresh raspberries
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
pinch sea salt
½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp of JUST BLENDS Creamy Vanilla protein powder
1 tsp of JUST BLENDS Gut Health
½ cup unsweetened almond milk

Coconut yoghurt, vanilla granola & fresh raspberries

METHOD |
1 | In a bowl mix together the milk, extract, cinnamon, salt, and powders (alternatively give a quick blitz in the blender) This ensures the powders dissolve evenly in the milk |
2 | Add the oats to a jar and pour over the milk blend, mixing well |
3 | Gently add in ¼ cup of raspberries |
4 | Place in the fridge overnight to set. In the morning give the oats a quick mix, adding a little more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency |
5 | Layer some of the raspberries, add some coconut yoghurt, vanilla granola, and top with the remaining raspberries. ENJOY! |
