CHOCOLATE & HAZELNUT PROTEIN MUG CAKE

A quick healthy dessert or a snack that hits the spot after that work out!  Either way this cake will have you coming back for more…

INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp hazelnut meal
2 tbsp JUST BLENDS Chocolate & Hazelnut Protein Powder 
1 tbsp cacao powder
½ heaped tsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp nut butter
½ tbsp almond milk
Pinch of salt
½ tsp of cinnamon

 METHOD
1 Add all the dry ingredients into a large mug and whisk well
2 Add the milk, vanilla, maple syrup & nut butter.  Mix well until you end up with a smooth batter.  
3 Microwave on high for 1½-2 minutes.  You may have to experiment with your microwave and mug size to find the perfect time!
4 Top with some chocolate, and fresh fruit.  ENJOY!
