CHIA DELIGHT

Time: 5 minutes
A real antioxidant boost with this smoothie and a hidden veg that you won't taste.  Now that's a WIN WIN!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond & coconut milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 cup cauliflower florets
*previously lightly steamed & frozen
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 ½ tsp JUST BLENDS Acai Berry powder
2 tbsp of chia seeds

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
shredded coconut, flaxseeds & blueberries

Blend all the ingredients until smooth

Sprinkle with a topping of choice

Lightly steam the cauliflower prior to freezing it and it adds a gorgeous creamy texture, it balances the sugar from the fruit, adding fibre, B vitamins & is low in kilojoule, full of nutrients makes it one of our firm favourites.
