DRY INGREDIENTS
240g Plain flour
90g Caster sugar
20g Baking powder
Pinch of salt
WET INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
185ml Full Cream Milk
125g Melted Butter
125g Melted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

METHOD |
1 | In a large bowl mix all of the dry ingredients together. Preheat your waffle iron to the desired temperature. |
2 | In a separate bowl mix combine the wet ingredients together. |
3 | Place the combined wet ingredients onto the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter. |
4 | Ladle the batter onto the preheated waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden and crisp. Serve immediately. |
