CHARCOAL WAFFLES

Time: 20 minutes
Feeling a little sluggish?  Try this gorgeous, detoxing, crispy waffle!  A perfect way to start the day.
DRY INGREDIENTS
240g Plain flour
90g Caster sugar
20g Baking powder 
Pinch of salt

WET INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
185ml Full Cream Milk
125g Melted Butter 
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

 METHOD
1 In a large bowl mix all of the dry ingredients together.  Preheat your waffle iron to the desired temperature.
2 In a separate bowl mix combine the wet ingredients together.
3 Place the combined wet ingredients onto the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter.
4 Ladle the batter onto the preheated waffle iron.  Cook the waffles until golden and crisp.  Serve immediately.
