INGREDIENTS - Makes 2
2 tsp yeast
3/4 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 cup bread flour
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp of our activated coconut charcoal powder

METHOD |
1 | Preheat oven to 240C |
2 | Whisk the water, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl and stand in a warm place for 10mins or until frothy |
3 | Place the flour into a large bowl. Add the yeast mixture and 1tbsp of oil and stir until a soft dough forms |
4 | Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes or until smooth |
5 | Place the dough into a large graced bowl, cover and stand in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size |
6 | Divide dough in half and roll each portion out into 30cm diameter circles onto a lined baking tray |
7 | Brush with remaining oil and top with your choice of ingredients |
8 | Bake for 15 minutes |
9 | Serve warm |
