BLUEBERRY & COCONUT PANNA COTTA

Title: 20 mins + setting time
The perfect way to finish any dinner, easy to make and with the advantage of being able to prepare this before your guests arrive  we think you'll be saying WOW before they will :)


INGREDIENTS
1&1/2 cups of blueberries
200 ml of coconut milk
1 tsp of JUST BLENDS Wild Black Goji Berry Powder
2 tbsp granulated stevia/erythritol blend
1 tsp vanilla, coconut or flavoured extract
1 sachet vegetarian gelling powder or Agar Agar powder

1 Blend all the ingredients except the gelling powder until smooth
2 Pour into a saucepan and sprinkleover the gelling powder, stiring
3 Cook over a low heat, stiring to boiling point, allow to simmer for 1 minute
4 Remove from heat
5 Pour into moulds 
6 Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.  ENJOY!
