INGREDIENTS
1&1/2 cups of blueberries
200 ml of coconut milk
1 tsp of JUST BLENDS Wild Black Goji Berry Powder
2 tbsp granulated stevia/erythritol blend
1 tsp vanilla, coconut or flavoured extract
1 sachet vegetarian gelling powder or Agar Agar powder
__________________________________________________________________________
1 | Blend all the ingredients except the gelling powder until smooth |
2 | Pour into a saucepan and sprinkleover the gelling powder, stiring |
3 | Cook over a low heat, stiring to boiling point, allow to simmer for 1 minute |
4 | Remove from heat |
5 | Pour into moulds |
6 | Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. ENJOY! |
