VANILLA & NUT PROTEIN BLISS BALLS

Time: 15 minutes
These protein bliss balls are the perfect treat or snack.  We've added our Gut Health powder to make your tummy smile as much as your taste buds!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond butter 
¼ cup rice malt syrup 
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp JUST BLENDS Creamy Vanilla protein powder
2 tsp JUST BLENDS Gut Health
½ cup desiccated coconut EXTRA for rolling

 METHOD

Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until combined.  This can also be done by hand in a bowl)

Roll heaped tablespoons of the dough into balls, and then roll half in the extra desiccated coconut to coat.

Place the balls in the fridge too firm up a little. Store in the fridge in an airtight container, or alternatively freeze them for a longer life, approx 3 months.  ENJOY!
