SPIRULINA CHIA PUDDING

Time: 10 MINUTES + SETTING TIME
Chia Seeds are fabulous sweet or savoury, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein, fibre, antioxidants, calcium and so much more.  Add a little Spirulina to the mix and you have a powerhouse of a jar that will have you ready for anything!


INGREDIENTS
Blue Layer:
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp carob powder
1/2 tsp Just Blends blue spirulina powder

Green Layer:
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp carob powder
1 spirulina powder

 METHOD
1 Whisk ingredients for the layers into two bowls
2 Let it sit on the counter for 30 mins
3 Add more milk if needed
4 Layer in the jar
5 Add toppings of choice and ENJOY!
