PINK BUTTERFLY

Time: 10 minutes
Pretty as a picture and packed full of nutrients this smoothie bowl will have you smiling all the way through until lunch.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond milk
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen banana
1 tsp JUST BLENDS Pitaya powder
COCONUT SWIRL
2 tbsp Coconut yoghurt
¼ tsp JUST BLENDS Butterfly Pea Flower powder
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
Coconut yoghurt swirl, fresh pitaya, goji berry, figs, coconut & edible flowers (dianthus)

 METHOD

Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender & blend until smooth

Pour into a bowl

Mix the Butterfly Pea powder with the coconut yoghurt & swirl on top of the smoothie with a tbsp of plain yoghurt

Top with goodies of choice.   ENJOY!
