INGREDIENTS
½ cup almonds
½ cup of hazelnut meal
1 tbsp JUST BLENDS Supergreens powder
¼ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup nut butter
¼ cup of rice malt syrup
1¼ tsp vanilla
4 dates
2-3 tbsp coconut oil
OPTIONAL
¼ cup desiccated coconut EXTRA for rolling

METHOD |
1 | Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until well combined |

Roll heaped tablespoons of the dough into balls, and then roll half in the extra desiccated coconut to coat.

Place the balls in the fridge too firm up a little. Store in the fridge in an airtight container, or alternatively freeze them for a longer life, approx 3 months. ENJOY!
