INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp flaxseed - soaked for 1-2 hours
Simply soak them before a workout :)
1 tsp Just Blends blue spirulina
1 cup black sesame milk
Toppings:
Blueberries
Blackberries
Cashew yoghurt
Sesame seeds
Mint and an edible flower

| 1 | Blend pudding ingredients and pour into a jar |
| 2 | Add a layer of berries |
| 3 | Add a layer of cashew yoghurt and another layer of berries |
| 4 | Sprinkle with sesame seeds |
| 5 | Top with mint and an edible flower - ENJOY! |
