BLUE SPIRULINA FLAXSEED PARFAIT

Time: 2 minutes + soaking time
Post workout parfait treat! No sweeteners added with amazing flavour! Blue Spirulina Flaxseed Parfait with Cashew Yoghurt, now that's worth doing a workout for!

INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp flaxseed - soaked for 1-2 hours
Simply soak them before a workout :)
1 tsp Just Blends blue spirulina
1 cup black sesame milk
Toppings:
Blueberries 
Blackberries
Cashew yoghurt
Sesame seeds
Mint and an edible flower

 METHOD
1 Blend pudding ingredients and pour into a jar
2 Add a layer of berries
3 Add a layer of cashew yoghurt and another layer of berries
4 Sprinkle with sesame seeds
5 Top with mint and an edible flower - ENJOY!
