  • Unicorn Smoothie Bowls

    Serves 2

    Ingredients

    Method

    1. Blend the bananas, almond milk and protein powder in a high speed blender until smooth

    2. Divide into 4 portions

    3. Separately, mix each of the powders into each of the smoothie portions until incorporated. Make sure to leave one of the mixtures plain.

    4. Alternate spooning each of the smoothie mixtures into a bowl. Use a chopstick/ toothpick to swirl the smoothie

    5. Garnish with fresh fruit and desiccated coconut

  • Galaxy Smoothie Bowls

    Serves 2

    Ingredients

    Method

    1. Blend the acai, bananas and charcoal in a high speed blender until smooth

    2. Scoop into a bowl

    3. Squirt blobs of the coconut yogurt mixtures on top and use a chopstick/ toothpick to swirl the yoghurt to create a 'galaxy' effect

    4. Garnish with granola, pear stars and a sprinkle of pitaya powder

  • Sunrise Spritzer

    Serves 4

    The secret to this drink is the different sugar content in each of the layers. The more sugary the drink the more dense it is. This is why the mango nectar is the bottom layer.

    Ingredients

    Method

    1. In a jar, mix the butterfly pea flower power with the soda water

    2. Add the passion fruit pulp into a large jug

    3. Fill the jug with ice

    4. Pour the mango nectar in so that it fills up 1/3 of the jar

    5. Carefully pour the blue soda water into the jar making sure that it hits the ice

  • Black Goji Flower Bowl

    Serves 1

    Ingredients

    • 2 frozen bananas

    • 2 tsp black goji berry powder

    • Splash of coconut water

    • Yoghurt 

    • Desiccated coconut (to garnish)

    • Fresh berries (to garnish)

    Method

    1. Blend the bananas, black goji berry powder and coconut water in a high speed blender

    2. Using a squeezy bottle, draw 3 concentric semi-circles in the bottom-left and bottom-right of the bowl.

    3. Use a chopstick to swirl the semi-circles into the centre of the it to create a flower pattern

    4. Top with desiccated coconut and fresh berries​

  • Antioxidant Bowl

    Serves 1

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 frozen banana

    • 1 100g frozen acai sachet

    • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries

    • 1 tsp black goji berry powder

    • Splash of coconut water

    • Yoghurt

    • Desiccated coconut (to garnish)

    • Fresh berries (to garnish)

    • Goji berries (to garnish)

    • Cacao nibs (to garnish)

    Method

    1. Blend the banana, acai, blueberries, black goji berry powder and coconut water in a high speed blender until thick and creamy

    2. Using a squeezy bottle, draw parallel lines about 1cm apart with the yoghurt

    3. Use a chopstick draw lines back and forth across the yoghurt

    4. Top with desiccated coconut, fresh berries, goji berries and cacao nibs.
