PROTEIN POWDER DIRECTIONS

Shake or blend 30g (2 heaped tbsps) in your liquid/smoothie of choice.

Just Blend  into smoothie drinks & bowls
Just Shake  on the go in 350ml milk, juice or water
Just mix  into yoghurt, oats, and rice
Just Bake  into muffins, pancakes and more!

This protein powder is perfect to consume after exercise to aid muscle recovery, alternatively you can add it to your breakfast smoothie as a meal replacement.

We do not recommend more than two servings a day, unless you are training vigorously.
