PITAYA & MATCHA CHIA PUDDINGS

Time: 10 mins + soak time
Two jars bursting with superfood powders and looking as pretty as a picture
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp rice malt syrup
1 tsp Just Blends pink pitaya powder
1 tsp matcha powder
Coconut yogurt, granola, and strawberries to serve

 METHOD
1  Soak the chia seeds with the almond milk overnight
2 Mix in the rice malt syrup and split the chia mixture in half
3 To one half of the mixture add the pink pitaya powder and to the other add the matcha powder
4 Layer into 2 jars with the coconut yoghurt
5 Top with granola and strawberries
