Joey lives a minimalist lifestyle in Canada in her van with her 18yo cat, Brun. She loves to create delicious raw alternatives to unhealthy foods. What is your go to smoothie recipe?
-1.5c almond milk
-1 scoop genuine health fermented protein powder (vanilla)
-1/2c frozen mango
-1c fresh spinach
-1tbsp almond butter
-1tsp almond extract
-1 to 2 medjool dates
Sweet or savoury?
SWEET!! Without a doubt. #carbslife
What is the first thing you do in the morning?
I put my cat in time out, drink a big glass of water, then have coffee (usually outside looking at spectacular mountains).
What is a special talent of yours that not many people don’t know about?
I can put 30 grapes in my mouth. Kidding! I can hypnotize people, I was certified to work as a hypnotherapist but never practiced professionally. I still use my friends as guinea pigs :p

Eat more raw / unprocessed food.
