Unfortunately, as a perishable good, we are unable offer refunds or exchanges on our Superfood purchases. If however, our product arrives faulty, please do get in touch with us via email and we will get back to you within 48 hours. In the off chance your product doesn’t arrive, it may have been returned back to us if you entered the wrong details so please do make sure your details are correct as we do not want you to incur further charges from Australia Post. 

For all coconut bowls and utensils simply Return Your Order Within 14 days For a Full Refund.
