At Just Blends we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you have received a product that you're not completely happy with, we are here to help. Please take a moment to review our Returns Policy and understand the guidelines and procedures for returning items.

Eligibility for returns:

We accept returns for perishable products that meet the following criteria:

  • The product was purchased directly from our official Just Blends website
  • The product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process and ensure that you receive a replacement.

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return please contact our customer support team [email protected]. Please provide the order number, your name and address, email address and date of purchase. Photos may be requested to assess the product.

Returns Shipping

For product being returned due to damage, Just Blends will cover the cost of shipping. If you are returning a product for any other reason the shipping is at your own cost.

Refunds and processing

Upon confirming the eligibility of the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
