MIDNIGHT PITAYA BOWL

Time: 10 minutes
Activated Charcoal has an amazing ability to help flush out unwanted toxins and chemicals from the body, and this detox smoothie with a Pitaya twist will have you coming back for more!
INGREDIENTS
¾ cup of coconut water 
3 frozen bananas 
1 cup of frozen blueberries 
1 tsp JUST BLENDS Activated Coconut Charcoal
YOGHURT MIX 
1 tsp JUST BLENDS Pink Pitaya powder 
3 tbsp coconut yoghurt

PLAIN MIX
 
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt 
1 tsp of stevia (optional)

 METHOD
1 Blend all the smoothie ingredients until smooth

In a small bowl mix the pink pitaya with the coconut yoghurt

Pour the contents of the smoothie into a jar, stopping occasionally to add a tbsp of either the pitaya yoghurt or the plain yoghurt. ENJOY!
